Brief description
Als Junior-Bauleiter/in verantworten Sie in Ihrem Baustellen-Team die Abwicklung & Installation von Fassadenleistungen zwischen 2.5 und 15 Mio. €. Sie reisen im In- und Ausland und stehen in direkter Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und Monteuren auf der Baustelle. Sie tragen direkt am Erstellungsort zum Projekterfolg des Unternehmens bei und haben die Möglichkeit verschiedene internationale Großstädte zu erleben. Flache Hierarchien schaffen Ihnen zusätzlich Vorteile in der Projektabwicklung und stärken einen einzigartigen Zusammenhalt in der täglichen Zusammenarbeit.

your qualification
- Completion of a master's or bachelor's degree or diploma course in the field of engineering, facade technology, building construction or equivalent, or training as a technician or master craftsman in metal construction.
- Ability to work under pressure and organizational talent
- Commercial and building law skills
- Constructive experience in the field of facades
- English skills
- Independent and responsible teamleading
- Good IT skills
- Initiative, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
your tasks
- Management and supervision of the installation work on our construction sites
- Implementation of technical, scheduling and contractual specifications
- Compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordination between customer and construction site
- Coordination with internal interfaces such as workshop management, work preparation, project management or installation planning
- Keeping the prescribed construction documentation
